Zad Treats provides concessions and catering services as described on our website. Specific terms including pricing, menu selections, and scheduling are defined in the catering agreement.
A deposit is required to secure event dates with the balance due as specified in the agreement. Cancellation policies are detailed in the booking contract.
Clients agree to provide accurate event information and ensure adequate space, power, and access for our equipment. Any special requirements must be disclosed at booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes shall be resolved in Fairfield County, Ohio.
